Diarieföring i SharePoint anpassad för kommunal verksamhet
Ett kommunägt VA-bolag behövde en lösning för diarieföring som stödjer verksamhetens arbetssätt och krav på hantering av allmänna handlingar. DevCore anpassade och implementerade sin diarieföringslösning i SharePoint med fokus på struktur, spårbarhet och säker hantering av ärenden.
Intranät och ärendehantering samlat i SharePoint Online
Ett riksförbund ville modernisera sin digitala arbetsplats med ett nytt intranät och ett system för ärendehantering. DevCore byggde en lösning i SharePoint Online med SharePoint-listor och MS Flow samt migrerade befintlig data till den nya plattformen.
Arbetsplatsbokning direkt i Microsoft Teams och SharePoint
För att skapa bättre överblick över arbetsplatser och kontorsnärvaro implementerade DevCore en bokningslösning direkt i Microsoft Teams och SharePoint. Medarbetarna kunde enkelt se tillgängliga platser och boka arbetsplats i den befintliga Microsoft 365-miljön.
Ett nytt intranät med anpassad design och specialutvecklade SPFx-moduler
En församling ville skapa ett nytt intranät med bättre anpassning till verksamhetens behov. DevCore utvecklade en lösning i SharePoint Online med designanpassningar och specialbyggda SPFx-moduler integrerade med Microsoft 365.

Ett fastighetsbolag ville skapa bättre struktur kring kommande uthyrningsärenden. Med en lösning i SharePoint samlades ärenden, dokument och information på ett ställe samtidigt som integrationer gjordes mot FastNet och ITKett Web. Resultatet blev en gemensam arbetsyta som stödjer hela uthyrningsprocessen.
